La Asociación Filatélica Ecuatoriana en su incansable trabajo de promover la filatelia ecuatoriana realizará una dispersión de sellos ecuatorianos a fin de mes como es ya una característica de hace muchos años.
Se trata de la 4ta dispersión Ecuador en lo que va del año y la 6ta dispersión general en apenas 4 meses del decurrente 2019, denotando bastante actividad entre sus miembros.
